At Gabor Privé, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. Each fragrance is crafted as a personal experience and for quality reasons, we kindly ask you to review the details carefully before opening your order.

Opened Products

Once a fragrance has been opened or used, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns, as perfumes are intimate, personal products. We recommend ensuring the name of the product is correct before unsealing the package.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos of the product and its packaging.

After verification, we will gladly:

* Replace the item with the same product (subject to availability) or with another fragrance of your choice.

Your comfort and trust are always our priority.

Returns 

Returns are considered only in circumstances, such as:
* Items that arrive damaged beyond use
* Proven manufacturing defects such as : pump not spraying 

Returns are not available for:
* Opened or used products
* Personal preference or change of mind regarding the fragrance

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours with photo evidence, and we will promptly arrange a replacement .
